How to Cook Adobong Talong (Eggplant Adobo) Video and Recipe



Ingredients:
  • 4 cups eggplants
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • cooking spray
  • black pepper (if desired)
  • chili pepper flakes
Procedures:
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray oil.
  3. Place the eggplant cubes and spray them with oil.
  4. Broil for 5 minutes until browned, flip them and another 5 minutes.
  5. In a medium pan, bring vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper (if desired) to boil and simmer for 6 minutes.
  6. Add the eggplant and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
